We are a CPCB-certified manufacturer of Retrofit Emission Control Devices (RECDs), Our product is tested and validated by the International Centre for Automotive Technology (ICAT), Manesar, under the ISO 8178-5 Mode D2 cycle and is Type approved for engines up to 800 kW.

Exhaust Gas Collection
The RECD is installed in the exhaust system of a diesel engine or genset. As the engine runs, exhaust gases carrying pollutants are directed into the device.
Filtration of Particulate Matter
The RECD contains high-efficiency filters (like Diesel Particulate Filters or catalytic substrates) that trap and remove particulate matter (PM)—including black carbon and soot—from the exhaust.
Chemical Treatment of Gases
Advanced catalysts in the RECD initiate chemical reactions that break down harmful gases such as carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC) into less harmful substances like carbon dioxide (CO₂) and water vapor.
Clean Emissions Released
After treatment, the significantly cleaner exhaust is released into the atmosphere, reducing air pollution and ensuring compliance with CPCB emission norms.
